Self-understanding is the key to successfully overcome the habits that feed it’s power over your thoughts and feelings, and ultimately your mental and physical health.

Is self doubt causing you to procrastinate, to worry or become anxious about your decisions, your direction in life or your self worth?

Is this stress creating friction at work and at home, with family and friends?

This free talk covers the root causes and how it created a disharmony within you that is echoing in everything that you do and say.

Self Doubt is something you learned and copied – it has an energy pattern fed by negative thought patterns and emotions. You can change that once you understand how it works against you.

Who did you learn from? Who was your example whom you copied?

Acknowledging that what you are doing is not working for you is just the start. Seeing or hearing how it works, and why, gives you the understanding and the incentive to change. To find a better example to follow.

You don’t have to suffer. You can start to detox self doubt out of your thoughts, your life.

Learn simple but powerful techniques that will assist you to master and harness your energy to build your inner confidence and self-respect. To be the strong, happy and dynamic person you know is inside you. Is, the real you.

This talk won’t solve self-doubt but it will give you an insight into what is happening and some suggestions on what you can do to change things around. The energy techniques you will experience are awesome.
