Sea of Tranquility – Meditation and Sharing – Women’s Wellbeing

This meeting comprises of a relaxing partially guided meditation, followed by a sharing and wellbeing technique.
We then follow with a tea and nibbles. Please bring a small plate to share.
Please bring a cushion and a blanket for the meditation. If you would be more comfortable, please feel free to bring a Yoga mat as well.
Please understand that I will be asking a small $5 fee to cover room hire costs.
